The Architecture of Becoming
In the Temple of Winter’s Last Exhale

Step into a ninety minute somatic breathwork experience centered on stillness, pressure, and quiet preparation. February is not about release or resolution, but about tending what is forming beneath the surface.

Through intentional breath, curated sound, and grounded guidance, you’ll be supported in slowing down, listening inward, and allowing the body to soften what is ready. This is a space to pause, sense, and gather strength — to remain present in the dark where becoming quietly takes shape.

The Ache of Unfolding
At the Threshold of Spring’s First Breath

March carries what February has been holding. This ninety minute somatic breathwork experience invites gentle movement, emotional honesty, and the courage to open without force.

Guided breath and music support the body as it begins to release, express, and come forward in its own time. Expect moments of vulnerability, expansion, and integration as what has been carefully tended begins to surface, meeting light with steadiness and choice.

This isn’t just a breathwork class — it’s a guided experience built for release, recalibration, and reconnection.

In this 90-minute session, you’ll be guided through a somatic breathwork journey specifically designed to:

  • Disrupt stuck emotional patterns

  • Activate a parasympathetic state (rest, digest, regulate)

  • Move stress through the body using breath, sound, and sensation

  • Provide space to feel without needing to explain

Expect music, intensity, grounding cues, and space to scream, cry, shake, or simply go still.

It’s not therapy. It’s your body’s natural way of letting go — and this event is your invitation to finally do it.
