About the Event: Why This Matters

This Isn’t Just Another Self-Care Workshop

breath work vegas

This isn’t just a breathwork class — it’s a guided experience built for release, recalibration, and reconnection.

In this 90-minute session, you’ll be guided through a somatic breathwork journey specifically designed to:

  • Disrupt stuck emotional patterns

  • Activate a parasympathetic state (rest, digest, regulate)

  • Move stress through the body using breath, sound, and sensation

  • Provide space to feel without needing to explain

Expect music, intensity, grounding cues, and space to scream, cry, shake, or simply go still.

It’s not therapy. It’s your body’s natural way of letting go — and this event is your invitation to finally do it.
